Our costs for consultation, guidance, assistance, and other services are per hour or part thereof.\u00a0 Hourly sessions are payment by invoice either weekly or when the invoice value exceeds \u00a3100, whichever is soonest.\u00a0 Payment on invoice is to be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.<\/p>\n

For new clients, the initial consultation must be payment in advance.<\/p>\n

For a new project, we recommend a four-hour window, payment to be in advance.\u00a0 The four hours can be spread across multiple sessions, days, or even weeks, within the first month of consultation.\u00a0 Further work can then either be another block or at our regular hourly rate.<\/p>\n

Virtual Server Set-Up<\/span>from \u00a3199

We can assist in setting you up with your own virtual server, hosted by our preferred server host or by your chosen host.\u00a0 The cost covers the first year of your virtual server, and includes four half-hour consultation\/guidance sessions spread over the first month to assist you with additional setting up.<\/p>\n

Price is subject to the features of your required server.\u00a0 More resources, disk space, CPUs, etc, are available for extra.\u00a0 Future payments for your virtual server are to be made to the server host directly.\u00a0 Further consultation sessions with us are optional, and payable as above.\u00a0 Alternatively, you are at liberty to handle all of your future hosting in-house or with another service supplier.<\/p>\n
