Our costs for consultation, guidance, assistance, and other services are per hour or part thereof.\u00a0 Hourly sessions are payment by invoice either weekly or when the invoice value exceeds \u00a3100, whichever is soonest.\u00a0 Payment on invoice is to be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.<\/p>\n

For new clients, the initial consultation must be payment in advance.<\/p>\n

For a new project, we recommend a four-hour window, payment to be in advance. The four hours can be spread across multiple sessions, days, or even weeks, within the first month of consultation. Further work can then either be another block or at our regular hourly rate.<\/p>\n

A technical drawing can take anywhere from a half-hour to days or even weeks, depending on complexity.\u00a0 For this reason, we don’t provide a “complete technical drawing” price.\u00a0 We can, on consultation, estimate the time required to complete your project but such estimates would be advisory only.\u00a0 You can, of course, terminate a project at any time subject to payment for work so far completed if you’re uncomfortable with an estimate being exceeded.<\/p>\n
