Our costs for consultation, guidance, assistance, and other services are per hour or part thereof. Hourly sessions are payment by invoice either weekly or when the invoice value exceeds £100, whichever is soonest. Payment on invoice is to be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
For new clients, the initial consultation must be payment in advance.
For a new project, we recommend a four-hour window, payment to be in advance. The four hours can be spread across multiple sessions, days, or even weeks, within the first month of consultation. Further work can then either be another block or at our regular hourly rate.
We can assist in setting you up with your own virtual server, hosted by our preferred server host or by your chosen host. The cost covers the first year of your virtual server, and includes four half-hour consultation/guidance sessions spread over the first month to assist you with additional setting up.
Price is subject to the features of your required server. More resources, disk space, CPUs, etc, are available for extra. Future payments for your virtual server are to be made to the server host directly. Further consultation sessions with us are optional, and payable as above. Alternatively, you are at liberty to handle all of your future hosting in-house or with another service supplier.
